About The Role

We're looking for a System Test Engineer to join our engineering and QA team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and execute detailed test procedures to ensure our software and hardware systems perform to the highest standards. You'll collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to test new features, identify issues, and ensure a seamless transition of new releases into production. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing both software and networked hardware systems, along with a passion for building reliable, high-quality technology in an agile environment. This is an onsite role located in Sioux Falls, SD.

What You'll Do

• Develop and document test procedures for software applications, configurations, and system solutions.
• Design and implement test plans and automated test scripts to ensure delivery of high-quality releases.
• Execute both manual and automated tests for software and system integrations.
• Analyze test results, isolate defects, and perform data-mining and comparative analysis to identify root causes.
• Provide detailed reports and interpretive analyses for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations to document and support build and upgrade procedures.
• Work with QA, Software Engineering, and Product Management to prioritize and track defects through resolution.
• Support alpha / beta testing, including on-site or remote customer interactions as needed.
• Lead efforts to improve QA processes, documentation, and troubleshooting guides for new releases.
• Be available for after-hours on-call support and occasional travel as required.
