Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Shifts are 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases. - 24 hour shiftsFacility Location : St. Catherine Hospital - Garden City, St. Catherine Hospital Dodge and Inpatient CallOne internal OBGYN with high volumes, one internal Certified Midwife with high volumes and one internal FM OB.Required Procedures / Job ob / gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. Tech, LPN / LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RNPhysicians working with CRNA's and midwivesReason for Coverage : 2 vacanciesDealbreakers (Do Not Present) : Adequate procedures for privileging need to have procedure log at time of candidate presentation.Must havethe following within the past 24 months for presentation : at least 5 hysterectomies and at least 5 C sections.Will NOT consider candidates wishing to do clinic only!EMR Required Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into \"applicant in training\" to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account.Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.Credentialing credentialing 60 days from state license for intial appointment must be able to demonstrate current experience as evidenced by providing documentation reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 24 months including at least 50 delieveries with at least 5 C-sections, 25 gynecological surgical procedures (with a minimum of 5 hysterectomies). and full app must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of initial app to allow enough time for AD account creation for EMR requirements. Once both are submitted, provider is moved to \"applicant in training\" which initiates AD Account creation for provider EMR account and can take up to 5 days before release of EMR training requirements.Credentialing with other facilities?NoBilling enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? Monday (AM surgery), Tues-Thurs Clinic (9a-11a, 1p-4p, Friday (AM surgery). We can accommodate PM clinic on Mondays if needed.
