Qcells is currently seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Strategy will be responsible for the growth & profitability of these financial products the Qcells dealer network.
This is a role with massive strategic scope. You will be accountable for the profitability and unit economics of EnFin. You’ll also lead our entry into the new homes space and the development of our prepaid products – including a prepaid / loan combination. All new financial products and new markets will flow through your leadership.

This role will be extremely cross‑functional. The TPO team will work closely with EnFin on the POS financing platform, capital raising, and servicing, and will work equally with Axia on sales, portfolio management, and quality assurance for installed, leased systems.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA or Teaneck, NJ with an in‑office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
