This part-time caregiving position is located in our beautiful assisted living community in Avondale, AZ. YOUR ROLE AS A LPN / RN WELLNESS NURSE

This is a full-time nursing position, with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday . As an LPN / RN Wellness Nurse, you play a critical role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our senior living residents. You work closely with our caregiving team, conducting nursing assessments and supporting the Wellness Director to ensure every resident receives the care they deserve. As a leader on our healthcare team, you also oversee and direct our caregiving staff to ensure that every member of our team is working in harmony to provide the highest level of care possible.

In addition, you maintain relationships with our residents, their families, and healthcare providers. Working at Legacy House of Avondale as an LPN / RN Nurse is a unique opportunity to utilize your nursing skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Arizona, and knowledge of quality nursing practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, providers, supervisors, and team members
• Ability to direct and lead a team in multiple tasks
• Willingness to work with the elderly
