Description

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Commercial Program Manager to lead key aviation programs and ensure their commercial success. In this role, you will be the primary interface between our organization and OEM customers, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and program excellence across the global aviation value chain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on program commitments, manage commercial risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of assigned aviation programs, from contract award through delivery and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Lead program governance, including commercial reviews, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Align internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to meet program objectives.
• Monitor program KPIs and financial performance, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support global sales teams with program-specific strategies, pricing, and negotiation insights.
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
