Location: Santa Ana, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to contribute to procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Our team values collaboration with stakeholders and vendors, driving organizational efficiency through effective supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requisitions and determine appropriate procurement methods.
• Solicit bids or quotations from potential suppliers to secure goods and services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and generate purchase orders and contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers regarding pricing, quality, and delivery.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of SAP experience in a purchasing role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
