• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to client matters.
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial by gathering evidence and preparing witnesses.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Manage case files efficiently to ensure timely progress on all matters.
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association and good standing.
• Strong knowledge of family law, personal injury and criminal defense is preferred.
• Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in writing clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Ability to litigate effectively with strong advocacy skills.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
