We're hiring a System Administrator (Hybrid Infrastructure & Azure Cloud) to work directly with the CTO and own the strategic backbone of our 24 / 7 contact-center operations.

Hours & Pay

Salary Range : $97,000 - $110,000 (base $85,000-$95,000 + 15% on-call premium)

Schedule : Full-time, direct hire; core hours aligned with standard but includes on-call responsibilities (first shift primarily, on-call duty once per quarter or as needed)

Daily Tasks & Requirements

• Monitor and maintain network performance to deliver industry-leading uptime (>
