Responsibilities Work in an inpatient hospital MRI unit Evening shift 12 hours : 3 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM, with specific shifts Tuesday / Wednesday 4 : 00 PM–4 : 30 AM and Saturday 8 : 00 AM–8 : 30 PM Utilizes Siemens MRI equipment including Skyra, Vida, Aera, Sola, and Vida Fit models Patient population includes both adults and pediatrics Performs diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging of organs, organ systems, and blood flow studies Provides images necessary for comprehensive diagnostic reports May orient physicians, residents, staff, and student technologists on MRI objectives and safety Assists nursing staff with medication documentation in Pyxis Reports to the MRI Manager or Chief Imaging Technologist Local candidates are allowed at the same rate, except specific exclusions may apply to Howard County General Candidates must be strong with matched skills to the position description Scrub attire will be required per hospital policy Requirements Active ARRT (R) (MR) certification Current CPR certification through the AHA Minimum experience in a hospital with 500 bed count Experience operating Siemens MRI systems is required Prior pediatric MRI experience is required License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-640973.
