Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Beauty-Focused Multidisciplinary Designer with advanced skills in digital, print, and 3D design to bring our cosmetics brand’s creative vision to life. This role requires a forward-thinking designer with strong technical expertise, particularly in SketchUp, who can seamlessly produce exceptional work across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the cosmetics and beauty space, with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to interpret and elevate brand guidelines into visually captivating assets. Creativity, precision, and an eye for beauty-specific storytelling are essential to ensure cohesive and innovative brand expression.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Print Design Production

• Create dynamic, on-trend graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, POS displays, and packaging that capture the energy and aesthetic of our beauty and culture-driven brand.
• Bring fresh ideas to life, crafting designs that not only reflect the brand's youthful vibe but also connect with our audience on an emotional level.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and print media while adapting to the latest trends and customer expectations.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
