Tax Supervisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in tax accounting and corporate accounting, with a strong understanding of financial concepts. This role involves overseeing tax compliance, managing tax planning strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The Tax Manager will also be responsible for guiding clients through insights into financial report interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for high net worth individuals.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance; perform account reconciliation as needed.
• Mentor junior staff members in technical accounting practices and financial analysis.
• Handle multi-state tax filings.
• Prepare K-1, K-2, and K-3 form
• Provide tax advisory services to clients
