We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Superintendent to lead local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects. This role does not require any travel and is available as a full-time or contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all phases.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to meet milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Louis Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $60.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
