BHN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a dynamic team within our Community Wraparound division, supporting youth and families through the high-fidelity Wraparound model of care.

Key Responsibilities
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership for Care Coordinators, Family Partners, and other team members delivering community-based services to youth and families.
Provide effective, supportive supervision to Care Coordinators and Family Partners, including individual, group, and dyadic modelsDeliver training, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure Wraparound fidelityMonitor and support staff in meeting documentation, direct service, and program standardsLead the implementation of fidelity tools and quality assurance measuresCollaborate with supervisors and program leadership on policies, procedures, and training initiativesBuild partnerships with internal and external child- and family-serving systemsRespond to supervisory on-call needs as assignedWho You Are
You have a Master's degree in a mental health-related fieldYou hold independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)You are CANS certified or willing to become certified upon hireYou have at least three (3) years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settingsYou bring prior experience in supervision, coaching, or mentoring rolesYou have familiarity with Wraparound or home-based models (preferred)You are organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentYou are a culturally responsive leader and value inclusion, trauma-informed care, and community-based supportYou have strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skillsYou have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbout BHN
