The Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our renowned facility. Your Impact :

  • Full-time positions available for ALL shifts.
  • Weekend availability is required every other weekend.
  • Competitive base pay ranges from $33 to $38 with shift differentials bringing pay up to $43 an hour.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the well-being of our residents through the provision of direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and health information.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide wound care and additional nursing interventions as necessary.
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality care.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practice protocols.

    Your Qualifications :

  • Active state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Empathetic and caring approach to patient management.
  • Interest and experience in caring for the elderly and chronically ill patients.
  • Strong clinical abilities, particularly in medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working within a multidisciplinary team.
