Desired requirements

BE / BC in Anesthesia & Pain Management

Fellowship training in Pain Management

Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Proficient in interventional pain procedures, joint injections, nerve blocks and epidural injections

Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
