Credit & Treasury Analyst

West Chester, OH

Direct Hire | 100% onsite

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the West Chester, OH area is looking for a Credit & Treasury Analyst due to continual company growth. The Credit & Treasury Analyst supports financial risk management and treasury operations, focusing on cash flow, banking relationships, insurance programs, and risk mitigation. Success in this role requires strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Functions

  • Treasury Operations : Monitor cash positions, manage banking platforms, support payments, and ensure accurate treasury reporting
  • Cash Flow & Liquidity : Assist in forecasting and maintain liquidity across accounts through effective bank relationship management
  • Insurance Management : Coordinate renewals, claims, and maintain records while liaising with risk management and providers
  • Credit & Risk Review : Assess customer creditworthiness, set terms, and collaborate with Sales and AR on risk mitigation
  • Compliance & Reporting : Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare financial and risk reports, and support audit processes

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, or related field
  • CTP or CRM certifications are a nice plus
  • 3-5 years experience in treasury and risk management required
  • Proficient in Excel, banking platforms and ERP systems
  • Financial modeling experience is highly desirable
