Description : Position Overview

The Global Business Development Coordinator plays an essential administrative role in supporting the global partnership network of Mobius Institute and Noria Corporation .

This entry-level position focuses on assisting with day-to-day coordination, partner communication, and data management while offering a clear path for professional growth into business development and operations management.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and an interest in international business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Partnership Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for partners and assist with onboarding and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner information, agreements, and communication history.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, meeting schedules, and renewal reminders.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.

Data & Market Support

  • Help gather and organize market and partner performance data.
  • Assist in tracking trends and preparing basic reports for management review.
  • Conduct preliminary research on new markets or potential partners as assigned.
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Prepare and manage professional correspondence and meeting summaries.
  • Support internal coordination between marketing, training, operations, and certification teams.
  • Assist with planning webinars, meetings, and partner engagement events.
  • Project & Process Assistance

  • Track active business development initiatives and monitor task progress.
  • Provide administrative support for documentation and proposal preparation.
  • Contribute feedback to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Work Environment & Growth

  • Full-time, in-office role (hybrid flexibility may be available).
  • Standard schedule : Monday–Friday.

  • Requirements : Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role.
  • Internship or exposure to business development, marketing, or operations a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
