A Perfect Bloom Memphis is seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Collierville, TN. As a full-service florist, we create beautiful and unique arrangements for weddings, events,  sympathy, and everyday occasions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and a keen eye for detail. They should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Create and design floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences
• Source and select the best quality flowers and materials for each project
• Prepare and arrange flowers in a visually appealing and creative manner
• Ensure timely delivery and set-up of arrangements
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and seamless design experience for clients
