Health Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work at a facility in Scott AFB , IL. This is a registry position with our company.

Pay Rate : $40 / hour

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a LCSW / Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Degree / Education master's degree in social work (MSW). / Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

Basic Life Support - BLS Certified

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and other Government

agencies for services.
