Job description

Coverage Needed :

  • As soon as credentialed - ongoing
  • 24-hour non-restrictive call coverage : 7am Friday to Monday 7am
  • Specific Dates :

Oct 4, 5

  • Nov 15, 16, 22, 23, 28, 29

    • Clinical Information :

  • Rounding and call coverage, 30 minute recall for the hospital, not required to stay at the hospital - hotel
  • Consults ED, CVICU, anything CT surgery related would route to CVT PA first
  • Cover responsibilities include call coverage and rounding on the CVICU
  • Support : 1 Surgeon, 2 APPS, floor and OR nurse structure
  • EMR : Epic
  • Daily Patient Volume : 8
  • Typically, the coverage would include both cardiovascular and thoracic cases

    • don't usually have emergent thoracic cases; if one does arise, it is typically managed by the residents

    Required :

  • Must be board certified or board eligible
  • Active GA License
  • Required Vein Harvesting
