Represent insureds and the company in front of courts, arbitration panels or administrative bodies in environmental insurance lawsuits.

Shall :

• Prepare necessary legal documentation.
• Obtain and prepare pertinent defense information.
• Advise clients and claims personnel on complex legal issues.
• Perform legal assignments that are varied and require extensive research and analysis of applicable precedents.
• Plan and initiate effective investigations and discoveries.
• Evaluate the potential exposure for settlement, arbitration and trial in terms of liability and damages.
• Direct legal support staff in daily operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned work.

Environmental Insurance Lines and Classes include : Toxic Tort; Environmental General Liability Exposures; Premises Pollution; Premises Pollution Healthcare; Environmental Impairment Liability - EIL; Pollution Legal Liability - PLL; Contractors Environmental Liability, Professional Liability, Storage Tank and Transmission Liability; Chemical Risks; Pesticides; Asbestos; Herbicides; etc.
