Job description

Our Lady of the Lake seeks Hospitalists to join their team with a retention rate of over 90 percent.

Highlights of the opportunity are :

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required.
  • Physician Lead Organization
  • $320K plus potential
  • $50K Sign On Bonus
  • $10K Relocation Bonus
  • EPIC EMR inpatient and outpatient
  • Benefits package, relocation allowance, out-going malpractice tail insurance covered and no restrictive covenants / non-compete clauses
  • Reliable 7-on / 7-off block schedule
  • Average daily rounding census per Hospitalist of 14-16 patients
  • Procedures Optional / Not Required
  • On-site Intensivist support with open ICUs
  • Academic Medical Center
  • Tort reform state
