Key Responsibilities

Develops process direction and documentation for performance and strategy

Creates and analyzes reports for vendor performance, providing recommendations for strategy adjustments

Implements audits of agency contracts and ensures compliance with relevant regulations

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field

Typically requires 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or Analyst roles with collection agencies

Working knowledge of billing and collections within the revenue cycle
