About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Center Operations professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands?on experience in high?availability environments who are passionate about operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Operations
• Rack and stack equipment
• Patch cabling (routing, dressing, testing)
• Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping
• Execute data sanitization and asset tracking updates
• Systems Management
• Use DCIM and CMDB systems for asset and incident tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation and shift logs
• Contribute to procedural updates and risk assessments
• Understand UPS, generators, PDUs, CRAC units, and chillers
• Follow safe practices for electrical and mechanical systems
• Technical Proficiency
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring systems
