School-Based Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a School-Based Therapist in Bangor, ME. This role offers the chance to provide essential mental health services to students within a school setting, while enjoying a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range : $60,000 - $93,500 (based on licensed experience)
  • Quarterly Bonus : $2,500 (based on quality standards through the Provider Recognition Program)
  • Sign-On / Retention Bonus : $5,000 to $15,000 (depending on experience)
  • Relocation Bonus : Available, if applicable

Responsibilities

  • Monday-Friday 7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm during the academic year
  • Option to furlough during the summer months or request short-term reassignment
  • Provide counseling to students during the school year
  • Address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges in a school-based setting
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and care teams on treatment planning
  • Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings
  • Includes administrative time and paid school closures

    • Requirements

  • Maine licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
  • Experience with children or adolescents preferred
  • Comfort working in a dynamic and collaborative care environment
  • Commitment to supporting youth mental health in a school setting
