Reports to : Director of Architecture & International IT Operations

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams working at the intersection of software delivery and enterprise architecture strategy

As part of the Enterprise Architecture division, you will coach Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure delivery backlogs reflect both business priorities and architectural standards for scalability, security, and interoperability

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement , balancing features, enablers, and compliance.
• Reinforce enterprise architectural priorities in delivery (scalability, observability, integration, security).
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-value increments consistently.
• Partner with other Scrum Masters, release managers, and architects to coordinate dependencies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
