• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 : 30 pm with 40-hour guarantee
• Home health setting providing physical therapy services
• OASIS proficiency required
• Home health certification required
• 2+ years acute nursing care and home care experience required
• Experience with rehabilitation equipment required
• Rotating weekends and holiday coverage if needed
• Must be able to work independently
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
