Salary : $150,000 - $200,000 + Incentive Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the VP of Operations :
Lead daily plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, and workforce managementAs a VP of Operations, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between corporate leadership, ownership, and plant leadership to ensure alignment and accountabilityMentor and develop plant leaders - including the plant manager, assistant plant manager, and production supervisorsThe VP of Operations will drive organizational development, evaluate staffing needs, and implement scheduling and role optimizationOversee large-scale expansion projects, facility improvements, and capital initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metLead cultural change efforts to reinforce a mature, collaborative, professional working environmentNegotiate key supply chain decisions, including orders, production timelines, and vendor relationshipsThe VP of Operations will manage operational KPIs across production, quality, throughput, safety, and efficiencySupport executive reporting and provide insights to leadership, ownership, and investorsQualifications for the VP of Operations :
Extensive operations leadership experience within food manufacturingProven track record managing large teams and complex production environmentsBilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred given workforce compositionStrong project leadership experience, including expansion and capital investment oversightThe ideal VP of Operations will be patient, steady, and skilled at leading cultural transformationExcellent communication skills with the ability to partner across corporate, plant, ownership, and investor groupsHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to remain solutions-focused under pressureProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general plant systems; budgeting / financial acumen is a plus#ZRCFS
