Part-Time Temp To Hire Controller

Our client in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Temp to hire Controller. Pay Rate : $70.00 - $80.00 Hours : Mon-Fri 4 hours per day with in business hours (there is flexibility with start and end time) Requirements : Master's degree in accounting. Working familiarity of Sage 100 required. CPA or CMA preferred but not required. Five years of experience as a Controller or CFO. Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft suite with expert skills in Excel. Knowledge of how to work with foreign exchange rates and VAT. Understanding of fixed assets and useful life. Robust comprehension of accrued and prepaid expenses. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process. Adept with cost of goods sold. Adaptable to a smaller office environment. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $70.00 - $80.00
