A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Define and document the sales process, establishing clear expectations for each stage of the sales cycle
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development
Coach and assess performance through monthly evaluations of sales interactions to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training in a high-volume, short sales cycle environment
Proven understanding of the sales lifecycle and challenges faced by sales representatives
Strong knowledge of CRM systems from a sales user perspective
Proficiency with presentation tools for creating training and sales content
Bachelor's degree required
