Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Creative Director on behalf of our client, a leading provider of LED lighting solutions for both residential and commercial customers. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity, ensuring creative excellence, and translating business and marketing goals into impactful creative output. This role requires a blend of hands-on design expertise, team leadership, and strategic oversight to elevate brand presence across digital, print, packaging, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Systems & Creative Direction

• Develop and maintain distinct brand guidelines for residential and commercial product lines.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels, including packaging, Amazon listings, social media, email, website, and print.
• Distribute and enforce brand guidelines across freelancers, internal teams, and production artists.
• Serve as the final quality gatekeeper for all creative output, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with messaging.
• Manage creative workflow using tools such as Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
