Scope of Work – Systems Engineer

Position Title : Systems Engineer

Security Clearance : TS / SCI

Location : On-site Honolulu

Overview :

The Systems Engineer will provide sustainment and operational support for a classified system that provides multi-enclave services across TS / SCI, CTX, and SIPR. The engineer will manage enclave interoperability, system health, compliance, and incident resolution. This role also includes coordination with external service providers supporting TS / SCI and CTX data inputs.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain operability and availability for all associated enclave services
• Monitor system logs and event workflows across TS / SCI, CTX, and SIPR connections
• Troubleshoot distribution console faults and enclave communication issues
• Apply software patches, STIGs, and configuration updates in accordance with policy
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure uninterrupted CTX and TS / SCI data feeds
• Support accreditation sustainment (e.g., ATO documentation, vulnerability remediation)
• Maintain system architecture documentation and enclave-specific operational diagrams

Participate in enclave failover, continuity of operations (COOP), and Disaster Recovery validation activities
