Title : Marketing Campaign Strategist

Status : Full-time, Exempt

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Summary :

The Marketing Campaign Strategist is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance optimization of targeted marketing campaigns across patient recruitment and business development initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with study teams, business development, and creative resources to develop campaigns that drive enrollment, awareness, and sponsor engagement for ACT, ALH, and VEN. A strong mix of data analysis, strategic messaging, and digital campaign management is essential to this role.

Patient Recruitment Campaigns :

• Plan, develop, and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for clinical trials across paid media, social, email, and community outreach.
• Assist in the creation and editing of visual content (graphics, short videos, etc.) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for paid advertising
• Collaborate with study teams to understand protocol criteria, target demographics, and site-specific needs.
• Create and test recruitment messaging, visuals, and calls to action for diverse populations.
