The Energy Department is dedicated to managing and optimizing the energy resources required to power our data centers while promoting sustainability and efficiency. The Energy department plays a critical role in ensuring our power solutions are cost-effective for our tenants, support speed to market, have sufficient scale to meet growing AI load, and resilient to energy market fluctuations. The team focuses on energy procurement from utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), energy marketers, and renewable energy technology providers.

Position Overview

This role can be based remotely in the US. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Energy Strategy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to supply the energy required for our data centers. This role involves identifying and prioritizing partnerships, as well as producing comprehensive reports that meet defined metrics. This position is critical in supporting our commitment to sustainability and ensuring a reliable energy supply.

Essential Job Functions

Energy Strategy Development :

• Develop and implement comprehensive energy strategies to ensure a reliable and sustainable energy supply for our data centers.
• Analyze energy market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
