IT Programmer

A company is looking for an IT Programmer.

Key Responsibilities :

Support day-to-day CAD operations using CentralSquare and Priority Dispatch systems

Develop and maintain reports using MS SQL Server, Power BI, and Crystal Reports

Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades

Required Qualifications :

Minimum five (5) years' experience as a CAD Administrator with knowledge of CentralSquare software

Expertise in MS SQL Server (T-SQL / Stored Procedures)

Experience with Power BI and Crystal Reports report writing

Minimum one (1) year' experience in FireRMS, ProQA, and Station Alerting support

Experience in documentation of technical requirements and building test plans for software modifications
