Shop Assistant

Job Posting

The Shop Assistant works in coordination with the President, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, and Grounds Crew staff to maintain all facilities. This includes buildings, boats, and grounds at various locations including Steamboat Landing, Chena Village, and Gold Dredge 8. Additionally assist with various projects on property including start up and shut down of facilities in the spring and fall with any other duties required by the Maintenance staff and President.

Job Schedule : Position will be busier in the spring and summer and more relaxed in the fall and winter. Weekends and overtime expected during season, start up, and shut down. Schedule will be Monday through Friday with eight-hour workdays during the offseason. During season one weekend day is required.

Compensation : $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience (DOE), with an annual performance bonus of up to 12% of base salary.
