Shift Manager

The Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for :

• Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
• Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
• Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority
• Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
• Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations This is a Franchise Position
