Associate, Account Management

UNITEC Parts Company is searching for a high-energy, extremely motivated, customer centric Associate, Account Management to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. On a typical day you will :

• Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management.
• Researching and identifying part numbers, obtaining part prices and lead times, and tracking shipment with close management on special / larger orders sold by Unitec.
• Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.
• Proactively propose, promote, and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.
