You will accelerate customer time to value by expertly coordinating the delivery of onboarding implementation integration and consulting partnership with Veza services and GTM teams this direct interaction with customers will empower them to quickly and successfully adopt the Veza platform ultimately strengthening their security posture and driving their business outcomes. By ensuring seamless implementationsand technical onboarding youll play a key role in Vezas rapid growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Success Architect - Open Authorization API at Veza you will be partnering with our customers to share product expertise best practices and strategically advise in the fields of identity and security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implementation : Design Test and Deliver API driven integrations between Veza and various products used by our customers.
• Customer Engagement & Project Management : Work closely with clients to gather requirements develop the solution and partner with customers to successfully deploy the solution in the customer environment.
• Technology Integration & Development : Build and manage integrations leveraging Python REST APIs SQL and other data sources while working with identity management and ETL processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering product and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop and deliver customer enablement sessions to help customers develop the capabilities to build custom connectors themselves.

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidates skills qualifications experience and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation such as commission.

$150000 - $220000 USD

For this position the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors including your experience qualifications education location and the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply.
