Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicate with our hot leads
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Develop new Financial Service opportunities
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plusInsurance experience is preferred but not requiredProven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behaviorPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachablePossess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitudeBe a great self-starter with a sense of urgencyMust have the required state insurance license or willingness to obtain (support provided)
