Job Title : Registered Nurse

Must-Have : IV starts and Lupron injections

Job Description :

• Work in a Short-Term Acute Care Facility with a total of 116 staffed beds.
• Charting experience with EPIC is required.
• Potential floating between like units within the nurse's skill set.
• Average daily census of 60, with 30 visits per day.
• Responsible for patient care in a unit with 6 rooms and a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 15.
• Willingness to float within the hospital or to a sister hospital nearby.
• Weekends may be required, as needed.
• Commitment to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.
• Orientation includes 40 hours.
• Complete pre-start modules and annual modules as part of training.
• Maintain open communication and utilize provided communication devices for duties if supplied.
• Provide references from supervisory roles covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty / setting.
