Shift : 5pm-2 : 30am

The On-Site Supervisor is primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and / or training needs of a major Surge client. Specifically, the individual in this position :

• Effectively meeting the temporary help and / or training needs of a major SURGE Client
• Delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees
• Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks
• Monitors attendance of employees
• Processes and assists with Workers Compensation claims
• Reconciles invoices from all vendors
• Other duties as assigned
