Get Set ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children in Baltimore County , including Towson (21204), Owings Mills (21117), Catonsville (21228), Essex (21221), Pikesville (21208), Dundalk (21222), Woodlawn (21207), and Cockeysville (21030) .

RBT Job Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals

Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors

Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions

RBT Qualifications :

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification , or willingness to obtain it (we provide support)

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred

Prior experience working with children, especially in special education, childcare, or mental health is a plus

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes / schools

Must pass background checks and meet all state / federal requirements
