Zurich RCIS provides insurance and superior services through leading agents to protect Americas farmers and ranchers. Today its one of the nations largest crop insurance providers, offering risk management protection in all 50 states through a national network of about 4,000 professionally trained and licensed agents. The Business Change Lead will play a key leadership role in designing and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, enable growth, and drive innovation across the business. This role requires a strong background in Information Technology (IT) and in Crop insurance, Mobile apps, GIS mapping development, and systems integration. You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, support operational planning and performance reviews, and help build the platforms, processes, and capabilities required to achieve the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities and long-term goals.
• Jointly with the head of market execution drive the implementation of ease of doing business for our agents supported by technology.
• Identify opportunities to optimize our business model, systems, tools, and service delivery.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to align platform capabilities with business strategy.
• Influence and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Promote a culture of change leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $113,100 to $175,100, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 20%.
