$1,700 to $1,800 per week

About The Position

Perform all aspects of sleep studies including setup, calibration, patient monitoring, data acquisition, and scoring.

Conduct baseline and advanced sleep studies such as :

Baseline Sleep Polysomnography

Adult and Pediatric Maintenance of Wakefulness Tests (MWT)

Adult and Pediatric Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLT)

Newborn Polysomnogram with CPAP / BiPAP

Seizure Studies

Utilize Alice sleep software for testing and scoring.

Monitor and document physiological parameters including :

ECG, EEG, End-Tidal CO₂, O₂ Saturation

Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP)

Periodic Limb Movements (PLM)

Accurately stage and score sleep studies, identifying :

Respiratory events (apnea, hypopnea, Cheyne-Stokes, complex sleep apnea)

Sleep stages and arousals

Periodic breathing and transient arousals

Fit and adjust masks (Full Face, Nasal Mask, Nasal Pillow) to ensure comfort and proper function.

Educate patients on sleep study procedures and equipment use.

Maintain infection control and aseptic standards throughout testing.

Collaborate with respiratory therapy and interpretation teams for patient diagnosis and treatment plans.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of sleep lab experience required

Ratio : 1 technologist to 2 patients (1 : 2)

First-time travelers accepted

BLS Certification

RPSGT Certification

Charge experience Preferred

Teaching or community hospital background Preferred

Familiarity with Epic charting Preferred

Technical Skills : Alice Sleep Software

PSG scoring and staging

CPAP / BiPAP titration

End-tidal CO₂ and O₂ saturation monitoring

ECG, EEG, and RIP monitoring

Infection control and patient education
