Are you a people person who loves helping homeowners get the most out of their home improvement investments? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to represent our brand and deliver outstanding service through product education and hands-on demonstrations.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face homeowners remember — guiding them through the proper use and care of their new windows and doors, ensuring satisfaction, and helping them feel confident in their upgrades.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners who recently had windows and doors installed
• Conduct quick satisfaction calls to ensure a 5-star experience
• Schedule in-home visits to demonstrate proper product care and operation
• Educate customers on features, benefits, and maintenance best practices
• Build relationships that drive customer trust, loyalty, and positive reviews
