• Key Responsibilities
• K8 Teachers
• Deliver engaging lessons in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies
• Develop lesson plans aligned with NC state standards and school goals
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Integrate arts and technology into everyday instruction
• Participate in school events and professional development opportunities
• EC Teachers
• Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in individual or small group settings
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and staff
• Maintain compliance with all EC laws and documentation requirements
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and service providers
• Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and modify instruction as needed
• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Education or related field (required)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (required)
• Valid North Carolina Teaching License (or eligibility)
• General Education License

• Strong interpersonal, classroom management, and communication skills
