Location : Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Employment Type : Full-time, In-House

Compensation : $50,000 – $70,000 per year (Base Salary + Commission)

Laundry Owners Warehouse (LOW) is a national leader in commercial laundry parts, equipment, and supplies. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, we pride ourselves on being “People You Trust.” Our company is rapidly expanding into new product categories and MRO industries — and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us find and secure new distribution lines that align with our growth strategy.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing, entrepreneurial business developer who thrives on building relationships and creating new opportunities. This role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new manufacturers and vendors to expand our product offering across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential new product lines, manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • Establish relationships and negotiate distribution or reseller agreements.
  • Work with the purchasing and marketing teams to bring new lines to market quickly.
  • Attend trade shows, vendor meetings, and industry events to build partnerships.
  • Maintain outreach records and follow-up pipelines using HubSpot CRM.
  • Track performance metrics and report regularly on pipeline and results.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, vendor relations, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Experience in distribution, MRO, or parts-related industries preferred.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows or vendor meetings.
