Remote Sales Manager – Industrial Automation

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while leading sales growth across industrial markets. You’ll blend technical expertise with strategic account management to deliver results and long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Drive business development by identifying new customer segments and building strong executive and engineering relationships

Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, from daily operations to long-term planning

Present automation solutions including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo systems, and motors

Collaborate with product management to launch and promote new technologies

Deliver reliable revenue growth, forecasting, and timely execution of customer solutions

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE strongly preferred)

Proven success selling industrial automation solutions

Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans

Skilled in building high-level customer relationships and uncovering decision makers

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience helpful

Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
