Ag Lender

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business related to ag / commercial loans and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will work closely with mortgage officers and other team members to assess credit requests, structure credit terms, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective ag / commercial loan customers to assess credit requests.
• Collaborate with mortgage officers to generate referrals for ag / commercial and private banking prospects.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate creditworthiness and loan proposals.
• Structure credit terms including repayment methods, costs, and collateral requirements.
• Prepare loan committee presentations and supporting documentation.
• Present loans exceeding individual authority to the appropriate loan committee for approval.
• Guide support staff in preparing loan documentation.
• Monitor booked credit facilities, review financial updates, and assist in collections and exception resolution.
• Manage problem credits and implement agreed-upon workout strategies.
• Engage in ongoing business development and maintain contact with existing clients.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Moorhead, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00 / yr. Medical, dental, and vision coverage Employee stock ownership program 401(k) contribution and profit-sharing plan Eligibility requirements apply.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Moorhead, MN.
